技と誠実な想いを注いだ絶品とんかつ定食を
一日数量限定で提供しております。
使用するのは、岩手県産の銘柄豚・岩中豚をはじめとした銘柄豚で、
そのやわらかさと上質な旨みを引き出すために、
仕込みから揚げの温度管理まで一切の妥協を許さず、
一皿ごとに真摯に向き合っております。
とんかつの奥深さを感じていただけるよう、
細部にまで心を配っております。
また、自宅やオフィスでも楽しんでいただけるよう、
持ち歩きにも便利なひれかつサンドなど、

Come for exceptional quality Tonkatsu set meals. The pricing is higher than other Tonkatsu restaurants, but well worth the 3500 yen in my opinion. This place was literally a hidden gem, very tricky to locate (using Google Maps), but I am so glad I went. I got the recommendation from the Tabelog App, when searching for Tonkatsu (crispy deep fried pork cutlets) restaurants in Shibuya area. The vibe was intimate….a nine seat counter top space manned by 2 -3 employees. It was cool getting a front row seat to watch chef cut and bread the pork with shredded flakes of soft bread. The chef uses lower heat to slowly deep fry the Tonkatsu to retain maximum juicyness. So lovely that our cutlets were served to us right after coming out of their large copper frying pots. Thank you to our chef for giving us a memorable dining experience, and for showing warm hospitality by taking our group photo, and cracking jokes to make us laugh.

H*ly sh!t! I accidentally wandered into this place while looking for a different resturaunt and it’s the best meal I’ve eaten in Japan thus far, probably a higher ranking all around meal of my life. This is the juiciest pork I’ve ever had (not hyperbole). Incredibly private, very kind and attentive staff, relaxing music. Cannot recommend enough.
