なぜ、「梛」なのか。

この名前には、
大切な人への感謝をずっと忘れないための想いを込めています。

お店を始めるとき、
これから先どんな日があっても、その人からもらったものや、支えてもらったことを忘れないように。

店の名前として残せば、
毎日この一文字を見るたびに、
その感謝を思い出せると思いました。

そして今日、
その「梛」という一文字を、
看板の文字を書いてくださった先生に、
改めて扉に書いていただきました。

一本の筆に込められた想い。
一文字に込めた、感謝。

いつも渋谷駅から少し離れている当店に足をお運びくださりありがとうございます。

Why “NAGI”?

There is a special meaning behind this name.

The character 「梛」 is one of the characters in the name of someone very important to me.

When I decided to open this restaurant,
I wanted to carry my gratitude with me —
and never forget the person who has meant so much to me.

So I chose that single character as the name of this place.

Every time I see 「梛」,
I am reminded of that gratitude.

Today, the same calligraphy master who created the lettering on our entrance wrote 「梛」 once again.

One brushstroke.
One character.
A feeling that I hope will never fade.

이 이름에는 특별한 의미가 담겨 있습니다.

「梛」는 제가 소중하게 생각하는 사람의 이름에 들어 있는 한 글자입니다.

가게를 시작하면서,
앞으로 어떤 시간이 지나더라도
그 사람에게 받은 마음과 감사함을 잊지 않고 간직하고 싶었습니다.

그래서 그 마음을 가게의 이름에 담았습니다.

매일 「梛」라는 글자를 바라볼 때마다
그 사람에 대한 감사와 소중한 마음을 기억할 수 있도록.

오늘은 가게 입구의 글씨를 써주신 서예 선생님께서
다시 한번 「梛」라는 한 글자를 써주셨습니다.
